The full creative stack for a waterfront anchor.
The Cove sits on the Tsala Apopka chain of lakes and runs on a loyal local crowd plus a steady stream of visitors who find it by word of mouth, boat, or blind luck. IHC handles the full creative stack — menus, social, sponsor programs, video, and the voice that ties it all together.
The Situation
The Cove is the kind of place that creates its own gravity — a loyal local crowd, a constant flow of visitors who find it by lake, boat, or word of mouth, and a reputation as one of the true waterfront anchors on the chain of lakes. The opportunity here was to build a creative system that could keep up with the pace of the business and tell the Cove story across every channel with a single, consistent voice.
The Approach
We set up a rolling creative retainer — one point of contact, one unified visual and voice system, predictable cadence. Weekly social, seasonal menus on a schedule, sponsor assets built once and adapted for recurring use, promotional video narration and scripting.
The brand voice we landed on leans into the place itself — unhurried, Florida, waterfront, with just enough edge to keep it from feeling corporate. Same voice whether it's a Facebook post, a printed menu, or a 30-second promo spot.

- Ongoing creative support — whatever comes up, we handle it
- A consistent content cadence the owner doesn't have to babysit
- A unified brand voice across every piece of creative
- Professional assets produced faster than in-house could ever manage
